Graham is dual qualified having formerly been the senior partner of an old established solicitors’ practice. During his early years at the Bar he undertook cases in several areas of law but now mainly practises in personal injury law particularly in the field of advising both on liability and quantum but also in drafting pleadings and taking the case to a final hearing if needed.

He is also an expert on social security law and will advise on appeals against refusals of various benefits and if required will represent clients before the Social Security and Child Support Tribunal and further appeals on points of law to the Upper Tribunal.

He also has wide judicial experience having been appointed as H.M. Deputy Coroner for Dudley and a Driving Standards Board adjudicator. Currently he sits as a judge hearing appeals against social security and HMRC decisions.

He has lectured in banking law and gives talks to sixth form students and university undergraduates to prepare them for a career at the Bar.

In the 1990’s he broadcast on the Ed Doolan show answering listeners questions on their legal problems. In addition to being a Barrister he is a qualified family mediator and member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
