We are a general Common Law set with an emphasis on Crime (including Road
Traffic), Family (Care, Contact and Financial Disputes), Personal Injury and Insolvency
along with other areas of civil law such as contractual disputes, property law, clinical
negligence and trusts and probate. Individual members are also able to accept
instructions relating to employment matters and immigration.
The fees charged for each case are always negotiated taking into account the type
and extent of work required, the location and the relevant experience of the chosen
barrister. By keeping our own charges reasonable we are able to offer clients
excellent value for money. In the current climate and with further changes in legal aid
funding we take a realistic approach to fees which is appreciated by all those solicitors
who instruct us.
NB We do not accept direct instructions. Please speak to a Solicitor about using a Barrister from Clock Chambers.
“The Clerks have always ensured
that the cases referred to them
have been dealt with in
professional manner by
Barristers who are
experienced and competent.”
