Counsel Geoffrey Dann of Clock Chambers successfully prosecuted the defendant in the hearing at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on the 15th December 2020.
The defendant was charged with being concerned in supplying a controlled drug of class B to another contrary to section 4(3)(b) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
In conjunction with several other offences including Dangerous Driving and the Supply of Cocaine; The defendant was sentenced to serve a total of 40 months in prison and ordered to pay a Victim Surcharge of £170.
This was an incredibly pleasing result for Mr Dann.
