James was a Solicitor-Advocate, prior to joining Clock Chambers. James worked within a leading multinational law firm for 14 years whilst studying part-time to qualify as a Solicitor with higher rights. James thrives within challenging client-facing situations, critically analysing, interpreting and distinguishing the salient facts, writing and presenting information on a range of legal topics, and making well-reasoned judgments.
James has quickly developed a broad general practice which now encompasses civil litigation, personal injury and criminal law cases. He regularly attends the County Court in both small claims and fast track matters. James has attained a broad exposure to civil, family and criminal matters during pupillage, he has assisted and observed in cases involving; Stage 3 Hearings, Fact Finding Hearings, Personal Injury Liability and road traffic matters, particularly allegations of drink driving, racing and speeding.
Clock Chambers was established in 1993. Since then the Chambers has continually expanded providing advocacy throughout England and Wales. It has been serving the local legal profession for over 20 years, building a reputation for a good friendly service at a reasonable cost.
