On the 13th November 2020, Clock Chambers Barrister James Findon achieved a pleasing result for clients and their Mother in an Infant Approval Hearing at Walsall County Court.
As in all personal injury claims involving children, the Court was enlisted to approve the settlement amount between the two parties in an Infant Approval Hearing.
District Judge Lyons enquired as to the health of each of the Claimants before ordering that £700 be paid to the client within 21 days. It was further suggested that the money obtained from the settlement was to be put into a building society account for the child’s use.
The Mother confirmed that she was pleased with the result, and thanked the Counsel.
